Kathy Patterson is an avid mushroom hunter. She has owned and operated a wild mushroom company in the valley called "The Mushroom Patch" since 1983 with her husband, Stan. She has bought, marketed and shipped wild product all over the world. The Mushroom Patch specializes in Oregon truffles.
